Migration support and escalation

Your contacts during a migration, and how to escalate if a scheduled switchover is at risk.

Your dedicated contacts

  • Deployment engineer. Your primary technical contact from planning through the final migration.
  • Solutions architect. Responsible for boundary and inheritance questions, and supports you throughout your authorization.
  • Mission support operations. Responsible for hardware allocation, provisioning schedules, and physical delivery.
  • Security Operations Center. Around-the-clock coverage for any platform integrity concern, during a migration or at any other time.

Escalating a schedule at risk

If a scheduled switchover is at risk, contact your deployment engineer directly rather than submitting a ticket, so the issue receives immediate attention.

Let us know what the date depends on. A deadline driven by a contract option is handled differently from one based on team availability, and this context helps us respond appropriately.

We encourage early escalation. A provisioning delay identified three weeks in advance can usually be rescheduled; the same delay identified three days in advance may cause an outage.
